Participant Information
If the registration is made by the HR department, we kindly ask that the form be completed with the participant’s full information (including email). Please note that some fields are mandatory.

Notes
Registrations are personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared or divided among multiple participants.
For events that issue a certificate of participation, attendees must be present for at least 75% of the total scheduled hours to be eligible for certification.

Substitutions
Substitutions can be made up to two (2) business days prior to the event, if the request is formalized via email to the event’s secretariat. The request must include a written and signed statement by the person responsible for the registration, along with the full information of the substitute (name, email, job title/function [if applicable], passport, phone number).

Cancellations
Up to 10 calendar days before the event:
You may request a credit for another event organized by SINSESP (Union of Executive Secretaries of the State of São Paulo) or the Center for Professional Development (Develop), valid for one year, or a full refund with no charges;
In the case of a partial cancellation of a group registration, the participant will lose any group discount that was applied.

With less than 10 calendar days’ notice:
You may request a credit for another event organized by SINSESP or Develop, or opt for a refund minus 30% of the registration fee, which will be charged as an administrative fee. The cancellation request must be sent via email.
If the registered participant does not attend and does not follow the substitution or cancellation procedures above, the full registration fee will be charged.

Event Program
Please note that changes to the program or speakers may occur without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, if possible, we will seek to provide a replacement speaker qualified in the subject or restructure the program schedule to ensure the proposed content is covered, through theoretical presentations, practical cases, and discussions on topics of interest to the event’s target audience.
