COINS 2025 integrates the UN’s SDGs throughout its program to empower secretarial professionals to lead sustainable transformations within their organizations. Objectives
a) Promote participants’ intellectual and creative development, fostering a mindset free of gender bias and inclusive of people with disabilities, ensuring equal treatment for all;
b) Connect gender and diversity actions with a real sense of belonging;
c) Encourage employment opportunities for women, Black people, LGBTQIAPN+ individuals, people aged 45+, and persons with disabilities;
d) Contribute to global discussions on eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, delivering lifelong quality education, protecting the planet, and promoting peaceful, inclusive societies by 2030;
e) Create space to discuss the protection, restoration, and sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems and halting biodiversity loss.

Target Audience
This event is aimed at secretarial professionals, assistants, and executive support professionals from Brazil and abroad, in both public and private sectors. It also welcomes educators, students (technical, technological, and undergraduate), and professionals from related fields who are engaged or interested in the secretarial domain.
